Refund policy

Please note that you are responsible for any returned items until they are received by Five18 Designs. 

Returns/Refunds (if applicable)
ALL SALES FINAL: Five18 Designs does not offer exchanges, returns or refunds of any kind on any items offered for sales in our store and online.Please review all sales orders before purchase. The products we provide are fully customized to your needs, and as a result we are unable to return items back to manufacturers. To return any unused blank garments will incur a 30% restocking fee at the customers expense.

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT: A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at time of order being placed, BEFORE Five18 commences work on your project. The remaining 50% balance is to be paid at the end of the project, PRIOR to delivery/collection/pick up. For ALL orders under $1000, we require payment to be made in full at time of order being placed.CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations can be made at any time. However all payments are non refundable.

REVISIONS: The amazing Five18 designers will specify the number of revisions included on your artwork/rendering proof per project.  Additional revisions can be made at an hourly rate of $95. Projects do not go into production until we have received an emailed/electronic approval. To avoid any delays, please act promptly during the approval process.  Email/electronic approval of any artwork/designs is contractually binding.

Damaged / Defective or Incorrect item

If you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part, you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt. Under these circumstances, we will exchange the product at our expense and refund your return postage costs.

Please return items to the address below with a copy of your invoice and / or your name, address and invoice number, a description of the nature of the error or fault and state.
